Bertie Kennedy
Head of Performance Analysis
Bertie has worked with several clubs and franchises over his career to add insight around performance, retention and recruitment. A highlight being conducting the inaugural Hundred draft for the Northern Superchargers. As a Tableau certified associate, he also trains analyst across the country and lectures on the MSc in Performance Analysis at the University of Gloucestershire.
Harrison Allen
Senior Analyst
Coder, analyst and data scientist, working in the field to help teams and players directly and providing video analyses material.
Phil Dicks
Performance Consultant
Phil has over 15 years experience of working within domestic cricket in the UK. He has previously worked for Sport England, the English Institute of Sport and the Professional Cricketers Association in addition to running his own business. Phil continues to recruit, train and mentor expert performance analysts across the country and beyond.
